"My Father’s Scent" had its world premiere at the 2025 Warsaw Film Festival
A journey of co-production has come to an end! My Father’s Scent, directed by Mohamed Siam, lead produced by Mohamed Hefzy (Film Clinic, Egypt), and co-produced by Fady Atallah (B-RETTA FILM, Sweden), had its world premiere at the Warsaw Film Festival in the 1–2 Competition.

"Sarah's Journey: Dreams Make Any Place Home" officially selected to be pitched at m:brane 2024
Adapted from the esteemed book "Sarah's Journey" by Imad Elabdala, which chronicles the harrowing tale of a refugee girl fleeing her homeland for safer shores, our project is now making its way to the silver screen as an animated feature film produced by Berätta Film. Our journey began at the m:brane financing platform in Malmö, Sweden, where Fady Atallah and Imad Elabdala, also serving as co-producer through Hero2b, presented our vision.

Announced at Cannes Film Festival:
'Kohl & Cardamom' receives the Doha Film Institute Development Grant for Spring 2023 cycle
In co-production with Patchwork, 'Kohl & Cardamom' (Egypt, Sweden, Qatar) by Fady Atallah is set in a small Egyptian town in the late 1980s, where 14-year-old Abdullah faces a nerve-wracking challenge when he agrees with his father not to cause trouble for five days in return for being able to attend a concert by the then-rising superstar Mohamed Mounir.

Our Latest Short in Co-Production won a Development Prize by
Film i Skåne at MAFF Industry Days 2023
For the second year in a row, our latest project in co-production won at MAFF Industry Days! This time is a short film titled 'Not Really a Match' by the director Fatma Racha Shehadeh that revolves around a non-accomplished Tinder date between a Palestinian refugee and a Lebanese match in the heart of Lebanon. We are delighted to move forward in production along with our partners Roarpark (Lebanon), Fig Leaf Studios (Egypt) and Dewberries Films (France).
